RUN AWAY!!! $5000+ repairs needed within 4 days of ownership. Purchased a 2019 F250 Super Duty. Day 2 of ownership: Check engine light on, 2 u-joints, 2 axle oil seals, 1 tie rod end, and 1 inner cooler hose replaced. During these repairs, the mechanic found that the upper oil pan is leaking that was not seen when we went under the truck with a flashlight before test driving. Underneath was clean before the test drive, apparently too clean! Yes, I called them and told them about the issues. I was told that they would go to their higher up and return my call. 48 hours later... You guessed it! No return call, no option to fix their shady business dealings. Can't forget to mention the additional $998 they tacked onto the buyers order for the warranties that "come" with their vehicles.

The entire staff was very easy to deal with. My salesman Kyle was extremely helpful, no pressure and very informative.After I left the dealership with the truck I purchased, I noticed an issue on the way home and returned to the dealership. Immediately, Kyle and a mechanic took a look at my truck and made all the repairs at no cost to me. They immediately made it right. I couldn’t be more pleased! I would recommend Kyle and Chillicothe truck to everyone!
